Health benefits we get from our 4 legged best friends

Just like us, our pets have their own personalities.  It brings joy getting to know your new best friend.  What their likes and dislikes are.  They in return do the same thing.

We also get regular exercise by walking and playing with our pets.  This will not only help with reducing stress, blood pressure and glucose problems but also helps to manage loneliness and depression with their companionship. 

Being outdoors getting fresh air and socializing is another added benefit.  This helps us be part of a community and to have a sense of belonging.
